I only see one person killed you and Im not sure what the other guy did. So this is a warning to him that you cannot raid people until 30mins is up. and Yes it is org wide it doesnt matter if you are raiding separetly. If Im in Le Kool Bros and my friend is orgless and we raid LeChumps we both have to wait the 30min raid rule. If I raid LeChumps at 2:00 and finish at 2:10 then I have to wait until 2:40 to raid again. If my orgless firend raids at 2:10 and finishes at 2:20 then obvisouly he has to raid 2:50. It doesnt matter who starts it only if you contributed to it.
