Sorry for the length. It appeared that he was turning them on and off. Right at the beginning, you can see the muzzle flipping around as he headshot people, but I didn't think it was conclusive enough, so I kept watching. He plays normally for awhile, then it looks like he breaks out the no-recoil cheat when he's autofiring the M4 at a spawn protected person. He never moves the muzzle down, but his shots keep hitting the guy in the head.

Once he picked up the auto-sniper near the end, it became obvious he was hacking.
