Warned several times today to stop joining guards if he is tlisted. Has been kicked and banned for 10 minutes just today for same offense. Just before I began this report, he joined guards to troll then immediately disconnected. The following screenshots are from today alone. Also it should be noted that he asked me how long remaining on his tlist and I informed him a week.

Banned for exact same shit 4 days ago.
