Throughout the end of demo he is shown stalling Robert Stamo's car as a tow truck driver preventing Robert Stamo using his car. I told him about it but he failed to listen to me.
He is breaking Road Crew Rule #2 Do not abuse the anti-respawning system while towing cars.
