Start at tick #30000, Drizzy has a roadblock setup or as other people in game were saying prop blocking city tunnel when there was no mayor on, and he never got permission from a mayor because there wasn't one. Because of this I have this in the blacklist category, but at tick #30400 there is massive racism and disrespect so that's why this is also a regular ban report as well.

9. Checkpoints are only allowed if authorized by the mayor. Also they must encompass the passage of one full vehicle at any given time.

He's banned for racism as well. He can have a timeout.
