UrShulgi HG Veteran   This seems like a classic case of someone not respecting social boundaries. If you'll notice, he started out with a basic gripe, didn't like how something went down. Fair enough, there's a process for that, and it was suggested by the staff member he talked to. He wasn't content to simply follow procedure, he needed an exception. He was the "I would like to speak to your manager" guy who calls in upset that the rules apply to him. Once the manager told him the same answer, he resorted to personal attacks...note it wasn't the other person who took it there. In the end it comes down to this: life has rules, and you have to follow them. You might not like our rules, and that's fine...but at the end of the day it's our server and we chose these rules out of experience. There are other servers you can go to if you don't like our rules, however, if you play on our servers you will obey our rules. If you do not obey the rules, you will be punished. Even when you are punished we have a built in process for appeal, which this guy shit all over. Agree with Monkey, this guy can go find other servers to play on if he doesn't like our rules. | |
