Tick 35995- I have my tab open with Samsta being shown as a citizen at this point Tick 36438- He pms me again saying "I want to be your ss" Shortly later I respond with "SS is full, sorry". Tick 39000- Around this time one of my SS agents disconnects leaving one spot open. This will shortly be taken by Samsta. Tick 40422- I say we have an available Tick 41091- Pms me "I'm SS now, where are you?" Tick 43148- You can see he is an SS agent now. Tick 44000- You can see him communicating with me through govt radio. You can see he will be waiting for me at the bottom floor after talking to him. Tick 47041- You can see Samsta waiting at the ele, but he is no longer an SS agent. Tick 47280- He begins to shoot me and knocks me dead. Luckily my SS killed him before he finished me off and I respawned myself for this since he tried to RDM me. This is just the first instance. Taxes were between 0-10% throughout this whole time and he did not attempt to hostage me at all. Now over the course of time he claims I never RPed when raising or lowering the taxes so here are the times where I did just to prove him wrong. Tick 89000-I get some PMs from Mafia Moose saying he wants to hostage me. Tick 90600- I get another PM from Mafia saying if I can be hostaged Tick 91238- I /broadcast I will be raising the taxes due to the threats against me. I raise them to 20%. There were NO ADVERTS over this time period saying they would kill me if I don't lower the taxes. Tick 96000- They attempt to hostage me. They fail in the process and I remain alive. I know names are not showing but you can see from the chat it is them. Tick 103845- I /broadcast that I am raising the taxes even higher due to the recent attempt to kill me. You can notice this on the next paycheck. Tick 107000- I lower the taxes back to 0-10% due to the request of my gov't officals and the fact there have really been no adverts telling me to or threats against me. Now on to situation #2 Tick 125000- Samsta and his buddy (Nelson Mandela) attempt to kill me for a 2nd time by blowing my limo up and killing my SS agents and me as well as finishing me off. I know you cannot see names but you can recognize Samsta voice before he shoots up my limo (If you don't believe me then you can go back to the first situation to hear him talk on radio). And now it comes straight to a 5 day ban? And most of all, I LIKE HOW YOU SAY SEVERAL TIMES "YOU CAN'T SEE NAMES" aka JUST TAKE MY WORD ON THIS IT WAS SAMSTA. Seriously dude? I know you don't like me from the whole other incident, but this just makes you look like a huge baby. Bottom line is you abused your job in the first situation and attempted to RDM again. You accused me of lying for not RPing the taxes which I did RP them. Reason for the 5 day is because of your history. You were just unpermed dude your lucky you weren't re-permed. Yeah I realize that the names were not showing so I provided log proof of the exact situation and last I checked the logs don't lie. | |

You would also have to hold me hostage and put a ransom down for 3k or less and if no one bought it in the 3 paycheck time. you could kill me then. In both of those situations the taxes were at 0-10% and in both did you not attempt to take me hostage you tried to kill me and finish me off. So care to explain that plus that fact that you abused a job as well? 36. In order to kill the Mayor for high taxes (Sales/Income) They must be higher than 10% and you must make a legitimate threat via /advert. You must give the mayor 3 paychecks to change taxes, if he doesn't then you have permission to assassinate. 26. You may not threaten the mayor's life if the taxes are between 0% - 10%. There must be a 15 minute gap between kidnapping the mayor. You must give a fair amount of time and location for the ransom (mayors cannot pay their own ransom). |

In situation #2 you said to me something along the lines "Mayor your dead now". You participated in the shooting. Nelson Mandela will be getting a ban.
