I'm not very certain on the when the cell doors open rule but go to about tick 39000. Allan says when cell doors open walk to the bottom of cell stairs, and then just says walk to bottom of cell stairs. Mikkel starts killing people before cell doors open. He told me I was moving before cell doors open.
