Yesterday I told him to turn off that autohotkey of his. He wouldn't so I kicked him. After he comes back he tells me "I use spacebar" which shows he's lying since he was rolling over 15 on average. He didn't seem to understand what I was talking about, so I told him, "don't use that hotkey that makes you bhop automatically". So anyway, he stopped using it yesterday so I know that he knew what I meant and he should know not to use it again. Today, I come on the server to see him only doing it again. This time seems to have a little higher frequency (spikes at 33, averages around 20). So I banned him this time.
