Notes: Basically at Tick 12000, if you use the drive feature to watch Sarah Smith aka Kurik, he grabs his black ford focus, comes over and starts ramming my SL65 over and over again till it ends up running me and monk over. I had recently blacklisted his friend Rake (the two of them are in the same organization Cold Blood) earlier, and this seemed like a "payback" type moment. Also here's the screenshot of the conversation I had with him afterwards where he displays previous knowledge but disregard for the rules (http://i.imgur.com/HHxvLxQ.jpg).
