He rp'd everything correctly, no where in the rules does it state he cannot resign when he chooses. Not sure why he was threatened by Silibrian that he cannot resign or he will be blacklisted.

HCR was basing at all of apartments, it looked like An Or G was about to raid us, and the mayor vote came up. Sir Seth and one other person were running for mayor, keep in mind sir seth is in An Or G. Seth gets elected mayor while his org is outside our property, then almost instantly resigns with the reason being that he had a stroke. Resigns, comes back to his org then participates in a raid against us within 10 minutes of resigning. I explained to Adam Cole the situation, and he blacklisted him

The reason was rp'd properly, I guess this could fall under gang tides, But this is a warning as a mayor don't quit because of a org related reason.
