Explanation : As seen in the demo, romano and smitty was seen baiting the cops by punching the car even after several warnings. He was ramming cars and baiting until I recorded this particular one.

I didn't include smitty but feel free to get dirt on him too.

I dont see how i was baiting, the cops asked me to stop punching their car and i did. The cops asked me to get off their car , and i did. I ran into the AM/PM to use the ATM, then ran off to the drug dealer to sell my cocaine. How was i baiting again?
