Asked an admin for help, I told him what's wrong, he said "I got arrested during a gun fight." (He typed this in caps) I answered "Thats totally okay. But what's not okay is typing in caps in ooc." I was trying to help him, but He then went ahead and insulted/disrespected me over ooc.

You shouldn't be going straight to a ban. Also I don't know if his steam id is right because theres no screenshot of rpstatus which I need to verify their steam id. Next time just warn then kick them if they are going to be disrespectful and if they come back then make a ban report. But make sure to include rpstatus next time ok?

Sure, I will. However he immediately left afterwards, not leaving me enough time to get a pic of his rp_Status. but luckily, I visited www.steamrep.com to find his steamid.
