Xiao broke against NLR and Brian awesome broke against rule 19? i think it is the one that doesn't allow you to defend from the outside.

tICK: 6000 Is where it all happens at the same time, I get shot from behind by brian, xiao NLR's and you can see he has a tazer out trying to taze me. PS he died like in tick 1200 i think it was.

to be fair i was not coming back to kill you. i was trying to retrieve Sherrif Shoubakkas car from where i left it. I didnt leave the car or pull out a pistol. so no i did not intentionally break NLR but i can see why it may seem like it. Plus you shot me out of the car when i didnt pose any threat to you.

it was my fault that i was still near the property, i should of just waited until it was finished, so i understand if i do get banned. it was my fault for getting near. but in no way was i trying to come back and kill frank.

I did not exit the car. you shot the car and i was forced out.

i wasnt trying to drive through. i was pulling into the car stop just so i can back up and leave. and then you shot me lol

19. If you are raiding/defending, you may only kill the players if they are on the property. Also if they are near the property and are posing a threat. A threat constitutes having a gun in there hand or being in the raiding/basing gang. (Near property is within name-tag distance from the property.) You were on the property posing a threat and constitute you having a gun in name tag distance

Not that rule, The rule where it says you can't defend only if you're in the basings gang 45. You cannot defend the property from outside unless you are in the gang that owns the property.

Ok Brian, please take into account those rules as they were recently updated/added and don't let this happen again. And Xiao, that was pure nlr there, he killed you at the property during the raid and you came back, pulled into the property while the raid was still going on. You, like a normal citizen have to wait until the raid is over if you were finished off.

Magic, On the second day of the new rules my friend got banned for 5hours for breaking the exact same rule, and the rules are about 1month old i think?

Not 19 and 45. #19 was recently updated and #45 was recently added at the last GMOD meeting.

Just saying jesus crust a EX prospect of Old School broke rule 45. You can't defend unless in the basing gang he got banned and it was two days after it was announced, Everyone should read the rules, and alot of admins joined perp and told us to read the rules, How long ago was that meeting?

I just think it's unfair how xiao was banned for NLR and Brian got only a warning for breaking against a rule.

Well Frank I understand your concern, but here is something I take into account: their history. Xiao had a clear ban history and Brian has had some blacklists and a couple bans, but this was a new rule that was recently implemented and I myself thought that we probably should have made it more clear. Frank, i'm usually an easy guy to get along with so if you ever want to talk about something concerning the division hmu on teamspeak. I would be glad to talk to you about your concerns.
