I believe he's walling. Watch with sv_cheats 1 and mat_wireframe (whichever you prefer)

Tick 6000. Shoots guy with deadmau5 hat through the wall. Follows him without there being a possible way to see him, and shoots him immediately with the deagle after he can see him.

Tick 6500 Goes around the corner and shoots a guy through the wall which he couldn't see, but doesn't kill him. Continues to kill him after the guy jumps up.

Tick 7500 This one I'm not so sure about, but he shoots the guy directly on the head through the wall, but it is possible he did that because he saw him jump up and go back down.

Tick 8000 Shoots a guy directly through the wall but doesn't kill him.

Tick 14000 Firing at a guy which he shouldn't be able to see, but doesn't kill him.

The most incriminating one IMO Tick 14800 Shooting at a guy right at the wall above which he shouldn't be able to see. Again, doesn't kill.

Tick 16800 Flicks and shoots a guy which he shouldn't be able to see.

I reviewed every tick / kill mentioned with and without wireframe and was able to logically map out how he got all kills. The kills you noted he 'shouldn't' have been able to see he a) saw weapon flares from their shots , or b) heard there bullets and made predictions. Overall I dont see any of these as evidence to ban him, but thank you for the report.
