Next time screenshot the chat log since it does not last forever. 2 hours is fine for the continuous fire promoting

I hope you muted him first and warned him not to promote fire as it is against the rules

Yea if it is an inactive ban on the forums and it gets accepted while he is still in game, It won't work until he leaves/gets kicked. he left anyway
