No lead, not last guard, at beginning of round when cells were still closed and he says in text "all Ts wearing orange will be killed" (i.e. all Ts), even after I warned him via voice that doing so would be freekilling. So he was not lead, gave typed "orders", that is not a reason to kill anyway and we were trapped in cells. Basically he did everything wrong and just felt like shooting some people.

The Screenshot does not provide any proof that he freeshot others. A demo would be needed to provide better evidence for an extension, 2 hours will be enough for now.
