Pickles is mayor and he has taxes at 50% so I do a advert I go up into nexus and to find that pickles has prop blocked himself into a corner with 2 wooden fences.

12. No prop blocking. You may not use a prop to block off any entrance or exit of any area on the map. Although you may prop block all but one entrance of your owned base, thus leaving one entrance/exit to be able to move through.

You violated this rule which can be a bannable upon a report, no one is special including you.
Just wait it out.
