I'm on teamspeak and pickles tells me that there was an unknown grower near old inn, so i go there with my demo on and all of a sudden lemonade pulls a gun out, RIGHT in front of pickle's face, then shoots him, then the owner of the property. I go up to him using my mic saying, 'Why did you RDM pickles' then he pulls out his lockpick, then starts raiding. Immediately, I back off, stand next to pickles body, and just saying why did you RDM him. He tells me to back off and I back off, trying to get an admin to come and check it out on ts3 and then lemon comes up to me and kills me.

Disapproved need more proof. You were still on the property when he told you to leave. When Motel is bought (old in) the whole area is the property including the parking lot. It is also possible pickles was told to leave unless if pickles has a demo to come along with this.
