rdm / illegal mayor hostaging? romano and raku are running from the cops, romano sees mayor and initiates hostaging. mayor has only been elected for 6/7 minutes (kind of hard to see since demo is bugged, but it should be around timestamp 14:30, tick ~28600 that he gets elected), slayed raku and discussed with raku
