When I ticketed you it took you about 5-10 seconds to realize that I ticketed you, thus proving you were idle. Anyways, I had no idea you were getting money for your car, but you could of parked your car in a appropriate spot, get your money, then fill up. | I refused to pay you because you were parked at the gas pump and you weren't filling up your car, instead you were getting money. I never said "You don't know the rules" I actually said "Learn to play PERP", and I said that because after I refused to pay you followed me around, agitating me and being disrespectful.
