Matt ryan was speeding in city and we (Seven zed and I) chased him down. We tazed his car, then ticketed him, then he proceeded to CDM us both. (He tried to cdm me twice, but failed the first time as you'll see in the demo.)

I never saw his car get tazed so he basically CDMed you after the second ticket. Temped, thanks.
