I am making this appeal to be unbanned early.

Before I begin I want to point out during this situation that i'm about to explain, I was lagging horribly.

As you can see in the demo, a few ticks before I shoot the mans car, Easymoney datcash pullsout a Mac10. At this time I was on teamspeak with him and he threatened to shoot me. I turned around and saw him with his gun out. So I panicked and pulled out my mac and I tried to shoot down easymoney just to prevent him from killing me. I wasn't even trying to kill him, but rather have him arrested after he was revived. But since i was lagging very badly, all of the bullets accidently hit the other man's car. I had no intention to kill "Original Gangster", but rather defend myself from easymoney.

I apologize for this act of violence. But to look at the brightside no one died. So technically It wasn't RDM, but I do apologize none the less.

Also, I am in no way trying to get "easymoney datcash" banned. After all this happened he told me he was joking but I took it seriously. It was just a stupid mistake on my part for just shooting without thinking. I also have never had a ban in the past because i always try to follow server rules. Thank you for taking your time to listen to me.

By the way, i was banned for 1 day for shooting a car. not RDM. i just wanted to clear that up.

After the demo, Easymoney killed me with the Mac 10 and you laughed sadly I don't have that on demo.

I never laughed but i remember you being killed by someone, i don't know if it was easymoney or not, but either way it has nothing to do with me. You should of posted a ban report on whoever killed you not me. especially since it was an accident. If you hadn't been killed i could of explained all of this to you in game. Maybe then this whole situation could of been avoided and you could of spent your time trying to get the person who DID rdm you banned.
