The reason for the 3 days ban is because myself and other admins throughout the last 2-3 days have seen you and punished you for minor/major rule violations. When I became mayor, I was in the chop shop w/ a few of my friends, when suddenly I became the mayor. I forgot that I applied, and did not actually want to be mayor, and i forgot to take away my ballot. When I was in there with my friends, I didn't really realize I was the mayor at first since I wasn't expecting it. Yes, my friends had guns out, but a PISTOL. I did not see any automatics due to me being afk for about 30 seconds to check my email. As soon as I realized that I was mayor, that's when I lowered the jobs and taxes, etc, and then after I went afk, and then when I came back that's when I broadcasted the reason behind my actions. Also, doing things as a mayor is Fail RP? If it is, then why does it give you the option to do those things? ALSO, when I was talking to my friends when I was mayor, I stated "okay i'm talking out of character right now, but..." and that's when I continued on. I was not plotting with my friends as the mayor, but simply myself as an individual in real life. And yes, smitty did warn me, and that's when I realized "oh hey wait, i'm the mayor, I can't do this stuff," and that's when I went on my way to resign. And watch how I talk to admins? Sorry, didn't know I didn't have freedom of speech. The servers/clan is mainly based in America, right? I also had to cut down on jobs and etc. because I didn't want to really pay anybody/pay the minimum possible so we would have more money to fund the military to fight North Korea. Because of the other day when practically everybody was frustrated at me for gambling? All ties are lost to my gang, yes, but when I talked to them I clearly stated that "I'm currently talking out of character, but..." and continued on out of character, not as the mayor. AND, if this is actual "Lite RP," then why the heck is this such a big deal? I was mayor for maybe 10 minutes, and then resigned, and I get banned for 3 days... Yes, I DID know that I was mayor, but about 15-30 seconds after I was elected when I actually realized. That's not really relevant though, just saying. Well, needless to say that I wasted nearly a whole day and a half of my life on a game that I'm going to get banned from for no/stupid reasons due to bad administration, oh well, :/. I'm done, and none of this is worth any more of my time. |

And bullshit you didn't see those automatics because you were talking on the microphone and moving so you knew he had one. While you explained the taxes you did not explain for the 0 jobs. And the length of this ban is quite right because I personally have seen you cause problems on our server and reports about you from my other mods/advisors. And FYI you do listen to moderators/administrators not disobey them. They are doing what is the best for the server and try to prevent any unnecessary problems that shouldn't be happening. | Wait it out. |
