Apparently admins here would rather go in-game to troll and laugh, then brag about how this guy won't be banned, instead of coming on here to check evidence or dig through logs and then give a reasonable explanation of why they decide the suspected player is cheating or not. I don't know who the fuck this guy was, but I saw him shoot straight through the floor to get a kill and continue getting sketchy shots here and there. I posted my evidence, do what you want with it. But this server is really starting to piss me off, it seems like 99% of the admins in-game here are immature children who would just rather troll than actually be a fucking admin. But I guess that's what happens when you sell admin to anyone willing beg their parents for money, it's sad really cuz I think that really tarnishes your community.

What you have found is a player who knows the dynamics of the map like the back of an AWP. Not banned.
