At tick 51000, you can see Hugh G-rection telling me to take my gun off my back. Some of my friends kill him, and then a gunfight proceeds to take place. Hugh is finished off in the middle of the gunfight, and right after he spawns, he runs directly back to the same situation, but can be seen to be standing outside the bank so that he isn't slayed by the NLR timer. He comes back and kills Jack Antonacci right outside the bank. Finally, he continues standing outside of the bank, waiting so that when I come out he can tell me to take the gun off of my back. I ask him why he's breaking NLR, and he says that he supposedly isn't.

Ok, This is breaking NLR. When I respawned at nexus I walked outside and looked around. Saw him + other with guns on there backs (autos) so i proceeded to tell them to take there guns off their backs. I NEVER reentered the bank, I had a valid reason to go back over there.


I also noticed that I was banned for the killing of two SS agents and am unable to post an appeal on that on that thread. I will do so here.
When my friend ran by the ss with his gun out they told him to back up and tried shooting at him(the part you neglected to get on demo) and we were simply defending him. We afterwords decided to try to take the mayor hostage but i lost him when he ran off, and it was a failed abduction(unfortunetly). This wasnt an rdm as they fired at us first, and our motive was defending ourselves + kidnapping the mayor(BOTH within the laws + rules of perp)

Sorry for having to post both of these on here zj but Id like to get this cleared up and the bans removed because nothing wrong was done here. I pay $15 a month for gold vip and its frustrating getting banned for demos like these where people only get half the story. Thank you for your time.

For the record:


3. No breaking New Life Rule (NLR). This means you may not return to the place or area at which you died for 300 seconds. Also upon respawning you have no recollection of your previous life. If you are revived by a medic however, you are able to recall all that happened prior.


A. I didn't return to the inside of the bank, and I RP'd as if I had no recollection of what happened before.

And in regards to the SS killings:

Step 1: Secure The Mayor. You need to get to the mayor first off. If you do intend to take the Mayor hostage, you can kill any uniformed government employee protecting him. (SWAT, Secret Service, Police)

As you see our intentions were to kidnap mayor, so we RP'd properly and killed any uniformed gov employees protecting him.
