Here is the DEMO of the video. As you can see, He tries as hard as possible to CDM me. Where I run into the bank and he keeps trying to back up into the bank. I then ran out where he chase me down then CDM me. Then He CDM 4 other people. I respawn and you can see there bodies laying on the ground. He was doing this earlier as well but then disconnect when we got a mod in there. After the mod left he came back in.

This user knew what he was doing, I log onto the server to see this Fireman constantly cdm'ing random users in the server, Banned, thanks for report guys.
