I was looking to buy a property like normal citizens do in Evocity, then this guy, Frosty, walked up with an M4a1 and robbed the bank. Now he told me to get out or he'd kill me in 5 seconds.

I began to panic (RP) and sat down screaming "Don't hurt me!" and he killed me, thats failRP. You can't kill a citizen for not moving who's in panic in a public property like in real life. Irl a bank robber wouldnt ask people to walk out of the bank within 5 seconds or they'd get shot, no he would make them stay down like I did.

When robbing the bank you're only allowed to kill the cops, not civilians. Hes added, sorry for the delay.

At the banned guy: you're not even supposed to tell people to leave the bank. they are no threat to you and you should not be a threat to them.
