Jamel James as you can see in this screenshot, was growing inside the back of his truck. This isn't the first time that I have seen him doing it either, it's just the first time that I caught him doing it with proof.

Yes, I was driving around town with it. You mind explaining why you just tried to RDM me right now by lake house 4 and 5? When you drove down the road and began to ram my car and then you got out of your car and blew up MY car so I had to kill you?

Its irrelevant now. You shot first, you died. Now, I had the single pot plant in the back of my truck from a raid. I don't just try to grow plants in the back of my truck and try to get away with it.

This is extremely circumstantial, he could have been taking that to his place after a raid since it wasn't done yet. As we have seen many people do and it is not against the rules. Not banned.
