Immediately after being tlocked for freekilling. Devin exits and rejoins the server avoiding the tlock and attempting to go CT. This is when he is tlisted and he again decided to disconnect and reconnect thinking he is able to join back on CT. Console shows him dCing and reconnecting as well as attempting to go CT and avoid.
