@ Both of you , stop the constant bickering/disrespect or this is going to get a lot worse than it has to be. Chill out and play some jailbreak. If this escalates I encourage either one of you to contact anyone of us in helpdesk/in-game to handle it instead of constantly swearing/cussing/freekilling eachother.

@ Pacman you know better than this and the demo shows you blatantly freekilling Jake while following orders and disrespecting him. While I have not heard your side of the story and only Jakes i'm going to suggest you control your anger or at least take it outside of the server, I'm extending to 4 hours because you know better than 99% of the server and have the time played that you should find alternatives to direct your anger instead of trash-talking and freekilling.
