At tick 73000, you can see him walk in and get shot because there were two guys with arrest warrants. I finish him off and then he comes directly back immediately and starts shooting into the large shop (NLR).

Since he tried shooting everybody but the glass is bulletproof he will be blacklisted thanks for the report.
