At tick 98000 you can see that Boondock Saints was raiding. I was standing outside the property on the sidewalk looking at what was going on. I was staying outside so that I could record and make sure no one was breaking rules. Original Gangster runs up shoots me once. Nobody else was shooting me, and he then comes back again and RDMs me. I even told them that they can't shoot me until I bring out a gun, at which point I point I would be considered a threat, or if I walked onto the property.

At tick 47000 if you use the drive feature to go in front of the apartments, you can see both Original Gangster and Games Dean RDMing Ellis Schwartz and Mordeca who were outside the apartments with no guns.

17. If you are raiding someone, you may not kill them unless they are on their property, or if they are near their property and posing a threat.

Having a gun on your back is a threat. Anyone can pull out their gun in their blink of an eye and considering that you were pretty much on the driveway, I chose to shot you.

As for the second report, I'll admit - it was complete RDM. Mordeca was a member of Dream Team (the people that we were raiding) and my senses decided to shoot him. If I could go back in time and decide not to shoot him, I would.

My apologies go towards Shoubakka and Mordeca. I hope you guys forgive me. This will never ever happen again.
