At tick 5000, you can see Dwayne wandering around inside of the Skyscraper talking to the NPC and just wandering around. Out of nowhere, Jax kills him.

I spoke to Jax and apparently it was a revenge kill, he assured me that it wont happen again and promises to do his best to follow the rules in the future. Not banned, but thank you for the report.
