By the way, that is not the correct Steam ID. As you can see in the demo I ticketed this man because he was running red lights and reckless driving, then he straight up RDM's me after stalking me for about two minutes waiting for me to get into a spot to where he can hit me. Skip to tick 29,000 and watch from there.
