Im sitting outside Power Plant just seeing what is going on. Jamel gets in a black Bugatti and when leaving attempts to CDM multiple police officers. He fails because of the fortunate placement of a garbage can. He then turns around and harasses me in my Lambo, ramming me into the wall. Short demo, no tick required.

Thats actually me driving the car and i did not CDM anyone, i was just playing with sticky note, which can be seen in side his truck driving around, this report is a joke since theres no proof either.
