At tick 830 he tries to play cop while he was a SS for the mayor. After the SWAT tazes me, Ryan Charger tells me to stop moving and I started to run away to avoid arrest from the SWAT. Then he starts shooting me then he kills me. If you use the drive feature to go up a little bit in the air you can see Ryan Charger tries to kill me then succeeds
