At tick 11000 you can see Jamel James and Cole Freeman threatening me out of nowhere. They run into the city tunnel, and you can see a fire truck driven by William James drive in. You can see that after he exits the tunnel, before the two vans drive in, the two are lying dead. Thus it can be deduced that the fire truck somehow drove over both of them on opposite sides of the road.
