Simple stuff. Carl disrespects, I gag. Changes his same to disrespect further, I kick with a warning. Comes back without changing name, I proceed to ban him (with advice from other admins).

Although he was trolling a little with his name, he came back and was attempting to apologize, and when you banned him his name was under carl so he did change his name. His chat logs contained a little disrespect but not enough to be banned for 2 hours, reduced to 30 mins.
