The middle screenshot looks almost like an accident but the other two lead me to believe he's trying to mess with people and start the whole argument about racism. Yeah he can have a break.

Yeah you can stay banned for the rest of the day. We have a no racism policy on the server and that includes no mentioning of the N word.
