Its implied racism. It doesnt matter what you said. You even said "you gonna get banned for racism" then said the country name. You saw people getting banned for it and you still did it anyways.

It is implied because thats how we deal with it. Because it resembles and almost sounds near the word it is not allowed to be said or typed.
