Two people did not follow rule against kidnapping mayor and also are suspected of rdming behind apartments near the drug dealer.

Drive will be required to find the mayor incident.

If necessary, I'll provide my demos for the other assumed "rdms". As of the mayor kidnap before 15 minute rule it was either a miscalculation or I am sure that 15 minutes has passed but I was acting under the guidance of Zolo. If it was before 15 minutes, I am ready to face the consequences. Considering there are more than 50 rules on PERP, it can be a tedious process, memorizing all of them and human error is expected to happen, but hey you learn from ban reports like this.
