SHoots my car with a tazers without telling me to pull over, i got warrented, and omg shot my car. i didnt even try to run him over, i tried to run away but then shoots my car. Happened at the end when i was going to get arrested.

Most of actions werent neccessary, bld for 1, shooting car (no threat was posed) 2, tazing car without attempting to pull over driver 3, continously tazing after being ticketed.
