Flagrant RDM at the end of the clip. He claimed to have been raiding me, however not only was I shot outside of my property (I owned all of apartments), but I also had no weapon in hand and posed no threat. You can then see the defendant get in his/his friend's vehicle and drive away. Pretty blatant. I request ban.

Jimmy Pickles here, I would like to sincerely apologize for this RDM, I was raiding you, I broke into Pent House and didn't find anything (I had 3 friends with me it wasn't solo) so I mollied it, you we're looking straight at me and I was scared that you would call /911 or draw a pistol out and open fire, so I shot you. Yes my in game time is a week, (total of 168 hours) But I didn't know that this was RDM and I wouldn't of done it if I knew, I understand now what I did was against the rules, and I understand any ban directed to my account on this server. Hellsgamer's PERP RP is my favorite server of all time, I hate it when people spoil my fun so I get what you're getting at, I know I spoiled your fun and again I would like to say sorry. ~Jimmy Pickles~

This is up to admins, but one last thing I want to say is there's nothing I'm more sick of than getting RDM'd in game and then having the person "sincerely apologize" to me on the forums.
