Abuse as PD. Slammed my car off of the road, then taunted at other officers "Bet you won't ticket this car" as if challenging them to do it so I get falsely ticketed. I assume he was going to ticket it himself and say I parked it like that, but he noticed me recording him and sat still, resorting to the aforementioned instead.

No wrong was commited in the demo. He didnt abuse pd? He accidently rammed your car during a chase. Disapproved.
