Description of ban report:

Player was killed and broke NLR by coming straight back to car dealer where he died and revenge kills me.

This guy is really getting out of hand. Last time I reported him for mass rdming near nexus gas station. Check the last ban report I sent for it.

You will need to slow down the demo to 5% while in drive mode to be able to see him firing on Chronic's car and then killing him.

I will be doing my ban reports like this from now on to make it easier for the reviewers.

I recommend that anyone else follow this system.

You can use fraps or dxtory to take screenshots of the tics like I have here. The reason I took the screenshots in this case is because you cannot use "Drive" mode while inside of a vehicle. I had to slow down the time scale ( using host_timescale binds ) to 5% in order to be able to drive slowly and take the screenshots where you can see the infractions occur.

This method can also be used to tell if a player is "warping their aim" such as with aim bot.

I learned this methodology by being an anti-cheat admin for competitive events in the past in different games.

A CDM is also at most a blacklist when it is done on accident compared to your blatant NLR revenge rdming and mass rdming as well as using fail rp names so you can't be private messaged which is a form of ban evasion.

Okay so here are all the rules you broke.

Chronic didnt CDM anyone. I like how you blame it on him when you ram the other guy saying "now were even".
What you could have done to prevent this was to do /report. There is no such thing as do it yourself to take care of the problem. There was a mod on because I saw giants responding in OOC saying "what". I dont know why you would CDM the guy who CDMed yolo even when it was on accident. Its possible who couldnt have seen your friend on the other side of the car. Even when he realizes his mistake you still proceed to ram him? Even when it was on accident? After you were killed legitmently you come back to kill Chronic for no reason in a different life? Thanks for the report. Approved.

I know you think it's on accident and I can't change your mind, but I just want to say something. They've been screwing with me and Petroy ever since they though we broke the 15 min mayor rule. I don't care about getting them banned and I don't ever record. I would also like to apologize to Chronic and hope that we can stop screwing with each other.
