I tlocked him for taking lead and passing twice, so he started arguing and disrespecting me. I did kick him and when he comes back he starts it up again! Other than that when i told him that if he did not let it go and kept his attitude he was

going to get banned and well if you look at his logs ( http://hellsgamers.gameme.com/player_histories/chat/4687531 ) you can see he made a threat to me and all the other admins.
