Please note that he was a police chief at the time, so by telling Vantus to give the false ticket he abused the authority that comes with chief.

He was doing this for a while, right after this a police car rammed my car off the road and onto the sidewalk while I was still in my car, he then gives me a ticket for that after I adjusted it to be legal parking again. Sadly I was not recording with fraps at that time.

In the youtube video I have edited in some points that need to be know such as the speedometer glitch.

I was also in the car, but I wasn't recording at that time so I have nothing to prove that with. This Blacklist request is referring the the event in industrial where you ordered Vantus to give the false ticket when I was not speeding.

ohhhhh ok well I have a demo of that if u would like me to upload it... But it could have been a misunderstanding a lot of times the speed goes up and glitches into the speeding zone..

After reviewing the video it is debatable cause despite the speedometer being glitchy, it still shows his speed in his player UI, and from what I saw, he was not speeding. I will just let you off with a warning, so see to it that you don't false ticket. And Ivef, we do not accept steamcommunity links so use a different website such as dloaded.com to share your rp_status SS's.
