Reason: Female disrespect, abuse of Voteban/Votemute commands, and racism.

Disrespecting Fawn, implying he did sexual things with her.
He was told that when admins are present ingame, he shouldn't be using the Voteban/Votemute commands. He uses these commands weather there are admins present or not. He even tried to Voteban an admin (!runfast!)
