I went up to large shop where everyone was chilling out so we were standing there and I hopped ontop of chexs car and magic tells me to get off... so I do. A few minutes later I jump back ontop of the car (like other cops and people are doing) and blank arrests me for it.

7. Disorderly Conduct/Anti-social behavior
You causing a nuisance to other players or to the public is strictly illegal for example standing in the middle of the road, causing traffic, abusive behavior to other people, threatening people, shooting, punching, etc... (I stood ontop of a car not causing a nuisance to other players)

46. Your car is considered a property. When telling someone to get off of your car or punch/bat your car you must give a reasonable amount of time (5 seconds). (I.E. using bat or fists to punch car or standing ontop of it repeatedly.) (The cops told me to get off of the car NOT chex, and other people were standing ontop of it. Also it says repeatedly I did it once then another time a few minutes later. Repeatedly? I don't think so.

It doesnt even matter if other cops are doing it, the situation with them was handled accordingly they were told to get off the car. You still got on the car and still broke the law either way it was legtiment arrest and everyone around you saw it. Your in the same area and you wait a few minutes later to get ontop of the car? Its still breaking the law.

I got back on the car a few minutes later. btw how do you know chex didn't want me to be on the car? he didn't give me a warning I mean its HIS property not the cops, and I got back on it once not repeatedly.

Ok so here is what I don't get, I tell you to get off of the vehicle, you get off and listen, but Blank tells you to and you don't obey him? Like I don't see where you are going with this. Since when is standing ontop of cars RP anyways. It is an officers job to prevent crime from happening and since cars are considering properties you are therefore tresspassing.

2. Its trespassing but other cops can do it?

Ok lets take the second sentence out of the disorderly conduct law. The 2nd sentence is providing examples. "You causing a nuisance to other players or to the public is strictly illegal". Trespassing is illegal and you are doing it in a public area. And if I warned you to get off once and then you do it again Blank had every right to arrest you as you were warned previously.

Lets also take rules #47 into consideration.
Your car is considered a property. When telling someone to get off of your car or punch/bat your car you must give a reasonable amount of time (5 seconds). (I.E. using bat or fists to punch car or standing ontop of it repeatedly.)

I stood ontop of the car twice. (not repeatedly) and chex (the owner of the car) did not give me a warning to get off of the car.

But you see an officer's job is to prevent crime from happening. We are supposed to do this in public ground, your car is considered a property, yes, but did you have access to it? Could you get in the car? No you couldn't. There was nothing wrong with what Blank did once again as he was warning a citizen (you) to get off of the car as his job! Chex never really said anything to be honest so no wrong doing was done. And the fact that this issue was handled in TEAMSPEAK and you still make the report is stupid.
